Anon above me, we have no way of knowing, since the only time we've seen Nel in full form was when she was still very under-powered and weakened.

Nel completely disappeared after the Hueco Mundo arc. Mayuri would have found her or at least senses her (as a good living sample). My guess is she's either in Menos Forest or will make another appearance in the new arc in a gigai or after Ichigo gets his powers back.
