食う is usually 'eat', but way down at possible meaning #9 is "to have sexual relations with a woman"
かい can be a lot of things, but I think in this case it marks 食う as a Yes/No question.

So she's either asking if you'd like some Pocky or some sex. Say yes, and carefully chose which thing you're going to grab...
