Is it me or is that an Engrish version of the first English Pokemon anime opening song? "I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was -- to catch them is my real quest, to train them is my cause."

That Blue and Green on the corner aren't from PokéSpe. It's just their classic Game counterparts. Green (the girl) never made to the original RGBY games because the programmers filled the ROM's memory with junk data (MissingNo.s) and the release time was running short. Official artwork of her still exists, though. Which was used for her PokéSpe design on the RGBY arc. Blue (the boy) is just him before the remakes.
