Not into Digimon-human sex, but this is Futa I guess. Since Renamon was a female and this pic shows her with nuts and shaft. Also, I look at this for the sole shot. Rika's feet are quite nice, shame they didn't show them on the TV show.

Renamon is female on american show, because SHE is sexier than 'he' is, plus i think it had something to do with Takato and Giulimon are male, the other guy and digimon are male, so they made Rika and Renamon female. I might be wrong....
