Hoo yeah, six ears. Real goofy compared to every non-human in Dragonball.

If you're looking for goofy in Yuu Yuu Hakusho, Yomi is not a great place to start. I mean, the four Saint Beasts are in the first season.

He is a mazoku (demon), incorporeal creatures can manifest in any unimaginable physical bodies, multiple body parts aren't surprising.
Plus, he became blind, and felt needing to extend the auditory perception.
