Lol. Noob. He only came back to the village under his Sound getup with some modifications on his looks. That image there is from Orochimaru before he left the leaf.

If it turns out that Orochimaru is Tobi I'm going to be so ticked off -__- I seriously hope Tobi is a whole new character we haven't seen yet you know?! I think it would be better that way...
