How did she ever talk Chiaki into doing this? That whiole sequence was amazing -- I hope someone can capture a gif of it :D

I got the feeling them all dressed up and dancing was just chiaki imagining how her singing must sound to all the other pirates. I really doubt they wore matching gowns just to record a song or chiaki ever winked like that to anyone

Whose to say that this scene didn't happen? After all, Chiaki has been seen to smile warmly, get excited by sweets and parafits, etc. She could've decided to cut loose just once and sing happily with Marika.
