they do exist, but they are exceptionally rare. besides pictures i've seen on the net, i've only seen one "trap" that was as beautiful as these pictures we all fap to on gelbooru. it was at a fitness center, he was so cute. very girly voice, very girly body, really short, really smooth :) everyone knew he was a boy. but it was the most beautiful trap i've ever seen. this was years ago and i unfortunately have never seen him since. i often think back and regret not saying hello.
