The first one maybe. We can add the myth monster tag if there is a reference to it in the image or the image draws attention/focus to it but for personified monsters we don't usually tag every image of the character with that tag. i.e only 12% of ibuki_suika posts are tagged oni and only 7% of cirno posts are tagged fairy. That post is subjective as to whether it draws attention to her as a nue so I'd go either way.
I don't know that second copyright but it looks more like an oni than a nue.
The third one is definitely a reference to a nue and should be tagged.

I deleted the "nue" tag from the first two; the second *is* an oni per housamo.wiki/Takemaru. Someone else tagged the third. I also cleaned up as many of the nude/nue combinations/confusions for which I could determine the difference.
