They're not in the same league. They're not even in the same series.
Motivational posters are images that already exist in some form. They are perverted by text and often cropped.
Magazine covers are images that already exist in some form. They are perverted by text slapped over the image and they are sometimes cropped.
Only real difference is that one is more often than not done by a westerner while the other is done by the Japanese. So is the reason why we delete motivational posters because they are done by westerners? If so, then we are right back discussing "vector traces" again.
