Could someone please change the following tags of Milgram characters to character tags:
kajiyama_fuuta
momose_amane
kayano_mikoto
sakurai_haruka_(milgram)
kirisaki_shidou
The other characters already have character tags.
Also kajiyama_futa should be merged into kajiyama_fuuta since it is just the official English spelling rather than the romanization.

black_male and brown-skinned_male should be an implication and merged to dark-skinned_male
black_girl and brown_skin_female for dark-skinned_female
"browned"(which is third-party skin edit term) and "ebony" (skin color term) for dark_skin.
these deprecated tags are on deleted posts that i can't access.
There is also the african tag that had three visible posts I had to remove the tag and change/add dark_skinned_female/male and dark_skin since they featured as such. I am going to assume the 28 deleted/pruge posts features a dark_skin person so I would have recommended implicating african to dark_skin but said tag is ambiguous or vague. I would say it say the tag should be deprecated although clicking the "?" leads me to african_penguin_(kemono_friends) tag wiki page instead.
There is the lesser tag "tan-skinned futanari" should be change to dark-skinned_female & futanari since some are reusing tags for fellatrix post from rule34.xxx

Should you tag the different colors of a striped clothing individually? Like some black and white striped thigh highs, should I also tag that with "black_thighhighs" and "white_thighhighs"?

correct, and following your example it would be something like this:
"striped_clothes + striped_thighhighs + two-tone_thighhighs + black_thighhighs + white_thighhighs"
"striped_clothes + striped_thighhighs + two-tone_thighhighs + black_thighhighs + white_thighhighs"

Is it possible to deprecate the tag enormous_breasts here or would we have to put in a request on danbooru?
