Darth Vader: "Rise only when the Emperor is defeated. You... will take his place, for I will not return."

Pretty sure this is just the artist genderbending Vader sans the horrific injuries.

@danhibiki: you mean episode VII

@exodia91: I don't see how it's genderbending, considering that this female character looks nothing like a female version of Anakin. While she may be holding what looks like (I stress "looks like") Anakin's lightsaber before he donned the asthmatic armor, she's also holding one of the halves of Darth Maul's double-sided lightsaber. Anakin never came into contact with that.

Anon #1205131: unless she died her hair :)

Let's say it's Mara undercover and got the lightsabers from Palpatine's treasure vault :)

One, even if it WAS Mara, Mara used a Red Lightsaber while serving as Emperor's hand, she never used a blue one. On top of that, she NEVER used twin sabers, or held them reverse.

Secondly, the sabers. The one in her left hand actually looks more like Maul's lightsaber, the one in her right looks like a saber from either Swtor, or Kotor, I'm not sure which one. Either way, NEITHER of them in any way resemble Anakin's lightsaber.

Could be a gender-swapped Garen Malek / Starkiller or his clone from 'The Force Unleashed' games. Starkiller has dark hair, dual-wields, uses a reverse grip, and the different colour lightsabers could represent the light side and dark side story paths.

As much as I love to entertain fem-Vader art, this version doesn't quite fit the bill. Maybe a younger version of Anakin, but not quite Vader.
