Apparently I didn't make myself clear. Let me clarify, gender is biological, and only has a place for when science calls for it. Outside of that, gender is for sex. Not everybody is bisexual, many want to be with people of a certain gender, be they of the same or different gender. And that usually means little to no flexibility. Not alll of it is about the sex, but most humans are into it, most don't wait very long before sex enters into the relationship. Not all men are into anal sex, some would ditch the second they saw a penis. Fact of life. Most people don't like dishonesty, well they like to lie, but hate being lied to. So if a newhalf dates some guy, does he tell them they have a penis, or do they keep quiet, until they get into bed for a surprise. Sooner or later it would happen... Or finish the job and get the sex change, and your words then become true, mission accomplished. Will alone doesn't accomplish it, we have the technology to take your dreams from a saying into reality.
Of course, in the end it shouldn't matter. One gender is not inferior to another, and really the only use they should have is for scientific and sexual reasons. I'd throw social reasons out of the window, because gender roles are just arbitrary
Lastly gender identification serves a purpose, albeit small. Gender roles do not, but rely on gender identification. If you throw out gender identification, or circumvent it, Gender roles become even more arbitrary. Gender roles are forced upon people by society anyways. The villagers have pitchforks and tell you how to live your life. the circumvention ends up promoting those villagers. You're quietly stepping to the side, not with pride, but with excuse. And you are condoning the further enforcement of gender roles, one of which you felt you had to escape from.
ALTERNATIVELY... Fuck all things gender related, you're not a boy or a girl. You're a penis or vagina, but isn't that pretty much the same thing? I suppose we could put "feminine" or "masculine" to it, to make four different combinations. If everybody was the same, we could get by just calling everybody "person" rather than adding something gender related, but unfortunately we are all unique, with different tastes. I myself like girls and traps. And to be honest, I've always wanted to be a trap, but I practically look like wolverine, feminine is not my game. And I'm too lazy for something like hormones. Even if I was a trap, I'd still be a man though.

Wait, so instead of the trap being surprised at the other guy licking his butthole, it's the trap trying to flirt and put his butt in the other guy's face and he's the one that's surprised? :?
