Yeah, it's true, she was pregnant in this pic. The little things are eggs.

This picture is the ending from the novel. She was kept alive by the enemy so she can be used for giving birth & produce more demons.

Too bad this image were not used in the game, would love to see this in colour.

You can easily find the LN on internet.

About the "game", technically it's a VN (similar to Taimanin Asagi series). Dunno where you can find it...
