Black's "thing" in my opinion is a reference to the animated film "Dead Leaves" cause one of the comical characters is a horny loser with a literal giant Drill for a dick....the film is R-rated so they actually show a scene of him accidentally plowing another guy's ass with his drill cause he's getting off of hearing the main characters fuck loudly through the prison walls
