Considering Her remake will be based on the manga, and will air alongside the likes of Pretty Cure, maybe toei will decide to add some pretty cure esque fisticuffs.

*Thinking of the show.* Sailor moon only used her fist once and that was on someone who was about to hurt Chibi-Usa. The flying kick was used twice... by Sailor Venus.

we dont know what her remake will look like at all, and when it will be aired. the director is unknown, format, target audience, etc. it will likely be delayed too.
btw, she can do this move, its named sailor kick
