Massive lel no.
Considering Yamcha also became stronger as the series went on despite not being prominent.
He's planet level too by the end of the Buu Saga. So no, the Narutoverse isn't beating him neither.

Goku (and nearly all of DBZ or any other canon) would lose to a strong Uchiha because of broken ass Uchiha techniques that have nothing to do with the user's power.

Tsukuyomi (unless you're a strong psychic)
Amaterasu (although I guess if you heal fast enough you could outlast it, or eat it if you're Natsu)
Izanagi
Izanami (again unless you're a strong psychic)

This is not even counting their broke ass personal eye hax. Uchihas are broke yo.

Nauto is losing this fight hardcore. Even the most powerful Naruto characters will die if you hit them just right. Unless they've got some bullshit defensive/healing jutsu (or are named Madara), Naruto characters are very human and die if you hit vitals or shake 'em enough. DB characters have been literally bulletproof since Goku was 12.

This is a kickass picture but there's no way this is happening for Naruto.
