I'm not entirely certain how the alias system works "under the hood", but in glancing through the list I noticed on one line that we have "izumi_konata" to "konata_izumi", and on the very next line we have "konata_izumi" to "izumi_konata". Depending upon how the software handles that it looks to me like the potential for something blowing up.

Also, I would guess (although I'm probably wrong) that the next line which is "konota_izumi" to "izumi_konota" probably refers to the same person as above, and is a typo or the result of the person who entered the tag confusing an "a" with an "o".

I don't believe those have been approved. White are approved, green are to be verified before being approved.
