Please disregard Danbooru's wiki or policies for anything that reaches into the domain of our Terms of Service.
In this case, Danbooru's wiki mostly matches our own policies, except for the paid rewards uploaded before 2020-07-06 being allowed thing - paid rewards are disallowed no matter when they were uploaded. if post #1 turned out to be a paid reward, then I guess that would mean we don't have a post #1 anymore. The "If a post was free at the time of upload, then it's allowed." part is iffy too - it's on the uploader to prove that a post isn't a paid reward by providing a source, so if something gets flagged or suspected of being a paid reward and we can't find a free source anywhere, it will be assumed to be a paid reward regardless of whether it was ever free or not.

In this case I'm referring to an artist that I'm paying for rewards for that has an exclusive section on his/her Patreon that explicitly state not to distribute works from but also a publicly available (I think?) Commission section. But they also have a pricing guideline for commissions that can go anywhere upwards of 5-7 times what I'm paying for that they also post outside of the tier that I'm paying for for $5 USD/month, that I would have access to (again, I think?) if I weren't at that tier. They also have a Pixiv and other sources that they post those commissions to. Going word-by-word on the descriptions of the different tiers doesn't really say if commissions are part of a specific tier, only the exclusively stated Patreon Exclusives are Patreon Exclusives, and he says which ones these are when posted.
Also, sort of off-topic, is temon not a banned artist anymore? I seem to remember they're art being sus af a long time ago and being purged.
EDIT: Okay so after reading their commission guidelines the full specific text is "The final artwork is submitted to my galleries on Pixiv, DeviantArt (if its not too naughty), Twitter and Patreon. Commissions will be released on Patreon in full resolution for free.". He also has a further caveat on his about page on his Patreon that states "Feel free to share any Standard Version or Commission releases of my art anywhere you wish. Do not distribute Patreon Exclusive or Full Version releases" So I guess disregard my original question.
Still curious about the second one though above my edit.
I don't really use Twitter so I'm not up to speed but I was scrolling through the Gelbooru Twitter the other day and saw some mention of some legal action against Google, whats the deal with that?
