Makes me think about the process of cleaning a fish tank.
Put the fishes in a smaller tank (or a glass), clean the main tank, put fresh water in it, then transfer the fishes back in the tank.

"Don't worry mini mermaid girl, you will soon be back in your spacious tank." (^^)
