Definitely not. The amount of fanservice in One Piece is probably the least of all. Just let us enjoy our moments.

Naruto has the least Fan Service,because Kishimoto is a fag and hates Woman and rather has Naruto chase his Childhood love Sasugay.

But yes One Piece has little Fan Service,but i did increase a lot in the time of the series.

Bleach has Fanservice,but i dont think its much more than One Piece,Fairy Tail has a lot,probaly the most of the bigger series.
