Fine, you should remember in an episode where she was in a wagon, then 2 boys was on the wagon as well, and the boys speaking badly about his girlfriend or lover, then Sayaka got insane that she decided a massacre on them; finally Sayaka was in a bench of the Sub Station, then her soul gem was getting darker for each minutes passing, then Kyouko met with her to speak, Sayaka behaving stubbornly gloomy, then Sayaka's Soul Gem got completly darker, and transformed into a "Witch".
