This isn't a fetish, this is just fucked up. If you find this sexy (not the beautiful futa) but the fact she was in a horrible accident and she needs to be taken care of, you have mental problems. This is in no way attractive. She is yes, but everything about it no.

I like to imagine that this is some super cool future society where she has cool high tech cybernetic limbs, but because they aren't waterproof every night her partner helps her clean herself off in the tub before they fall asleep together. Maybe that's strange, but I like the idea! ^^
