^ Doesn't matter. I deleted the other one for being a compressed duplicate of this one. We prefer users to post higher-quality versions of images if available. Still some compression in this one too but I can't find a source for a better one.

It is a short ero VN named 猫耳ぱんちゅ学園 (cat-ears panties school) by a circle named みみている (mimitail), their website appears to have died but the VN is still up for sale on sites like digiket. Not sure if its on any filesharing sites/networks.
