We don't know how the subject themselves feels about this, so the Masochism tag is unclear.

"BDSM" and the 4 words they represent are about people who get sexual pleasure from one (of more) of those activities. If she is NOT getting sexual pleasure from being tied up and electrocuted, it's NOT BDSM (as defined by the people who created and use that acronym). But if you don't want to believe us, look up the acronym (and the 4 words) under "sexual perversions".

Depends, BDSM can go bad just like regular sex can. She may not be getting any pleasure out of it, but based on this pic alone, someone had to strap her down in her sexy underwear and turn on the electricity. One would think that person was enjoying their job. I haven't seen the anime so I could easily be all wrong there, but I guess my point is that the submissive is not the only one who gets pleasure.
