No, that's not how Japanese works. "Tsu" is one character, one sound. You can't just break the t off because it's inconvenient for you to pronounce.

It isn't "Sat" + "suki", it's "sa" "tsu" "ki". "Tsu" is not the same as "su". If you want to butcher Satsuki's name like you did, you'll need to start using "Mantsuki". Or perhaps just don't butcher Satsuki's name.
