To be honest, I really prefer the older one, its lower rabbit-half looked more natural and less of "wearing strange rabbit-esque pants."

Im the opposite. It about 7years ago where Kenkou Cross first started making these. The original was creepy, looking half rabbit girl, and half giant rabbit. Creepy beastiality fandom.
The Wonderland rabbit was upgraded and changed into stripperific and very clearly wearing a costume. Now the original wererabbit is being updated, but its not as clear that the big fluffy legs are a costume, so its a compromise

My problem is that if you make a lot of the animal-bits seem like costumes, they lose a lot of their "monster" aspect, considering that they are, in fact, "monster" girls. A lot of the beast-type monster girls that Kenkou designs seem to have this aspect and they lose a lot of their appeal (to me at least) considering how fake their paws and stuff look. This is really apparent in the design for the Sphinx, which has those god-awful impossible thigh-highs coming out from under the fur of her legs.

Lol mmmm...gimme some of that fluffy. ^0^♥·♥·♡·♡, but seriously I luv the new version better though, I mean the old-version was nice too, she had a cute comforting buddy type feel to her that makes you want to pet-her instead of making sweet luv....but that's just my opinion though either way I would still luv this monster-girl character just because I luv freaking bunny-girls.

Many of the older entries were already updated, several years ago in fact. Its surprising that there are any left.
