What I dont understand is the point of censoring it even in the BDs/DVDs, when, IMO, their boobs are meant to be exposed in the first place. Else why would you even bother in gifting the girls with such bust size.

Senran Kagura is just one of those ecchi series that doesn't show nudity. The only thing that was ever censored in the tv version was butt-cracks oddly enough so the dvd is uncensored because they never drew nipples in the first place.
