He barely uses Wendy for fanservice (and he only started when she stopped being 100% loli), I doubt he's going to use a younger looking girl for ecchi situations.

When did Wendy stop being "100% loli?" I'll grant you that when Mashima was able to bring in his preferred art evolution that pretty much everyone filled out a bit, but a fine ass set of hips doesn't exactly take her to a new archetype category.

And I don't think human Charle looks much younger than Zeira, who was yuri-bathing with Mavis.
