But she does dress like this. One short in game scene on Christmas Eve (if memory serves).

Say the right thing during her Social Link, get her to girlfriend status, then have her over on Christmas Eve.

Yeah once she's your girlfriend she asks if you think her voice is deep and you have to tell her you think it should be high (she then attempts it and imbaresses herself) and then she'll show up on Xmas eve saying she has a suprise (trying to be more girly)
