I'm worried about the censorship. I hope that they don't modify her outfit or scenes in which she appears, just like they did with Tharja. Seriously, despite her revealing armor, she is shaping up to be one of the best and most popular female characters of the franchise. Also, after knowing that Miyuki Sawashiro wil voice her, I hope that the will have a dual audio option.

Fire Emblem If is not even out and we barely know something about the characters, so is normal that most of them are not popular right now outside of fanart without context, that's why I said that "she is shaping up to be popular". Camilla has more fanarts than the rest of If's girls right now, but as you mentioned most of it is due to her sexiness and that may change when the game gets released. She may continue to overshadow most heroines of the game or be overshadowed by them, but I wouldn't be surprised if she turns out to be a likeable and powerful character, not just a pretty face and body. It wouldn't be the first time that something like that happens in FE history, especially if we consider that she may be a Wyvern Rider.

There are persons that really hate her just because of her outfit and "oversexualization", like at Serenes Forest forums. On the other hand, most Japanese and male players are ok with her design and she definitely is not the first FE heroine that wears a revealing armor, but we have to consider that fanservice is a double edged weapon for a game that is popular with both, female and male audiences, and that many are rejecting her for how she looks and the art direction the series has taken since Awakening.

The people bitching about her design are the exact same people who wouldn't even give it a second glance if it was a bare chested male character. Nearly naked men are totally cool, women with a sexy design and cleavage are sexist and misogynistic.
