The joke is that the lich there, Ainz Ooal Gown, is ashamed of Pandora's Actor because he made the guy when he was a kid, and it's a combination of everything he thought was cool at the time. As an adult however it pains him to look at him as a reminder of his earlier days. Incidentally most of the other major NPC's, Albedo especially, in the Tomb of Nazarick are incredibly jealous of Pandora's Actor because he was the only NPC made by Ainz Ooal Gown directly.

Not exactly,Ainz was an adult by the time he made Pandora's but he went full chuunibyou while making him, and now that it passed he regrets making him so outrageous
