Wait, this isn't Nakoruru from Samurai Spirits? I mean, who else wears a bow in her hair, wears a red and white Ainu garb, has a hawk companion, and fights with a short blade?

Unless this is meant to be some kind of cross over character, combining Nakoruru with whatever this Touhou thing that everyone loves is.
