Nah, if this was a normal punch she would have been pulverized. The fact that she's still in one piece means this is just a knock-out punch. Remember that Saitama can weaken his punches to be non-lethal.

Based on the downvotes on the picture and comments I'm guessing umaru fans are pretty pissed about this page... But really, why though? People are just expressing their rightful hatred towards a genuinely annoying character (not to mention she was the worst part about the show imo, I really enjoyed it when it focused on the rest of the characters)...
