Actually, Bengus's drawing is more dynamic.
On the right, face is ugly, her eyes say fuck you to each other, abs are ugly, event light and shadows seems too amateurish.
you lose a lot of dynamism on the right too...
Okay, Bengus's drawing aren't his best ones on SFV but damn! If you try to retake his work, do it properly.

The only thing offensive about Bengus's drawing was the heavily stylized anatomy. Particularly of her midsection. The flow and gesture still read and read well. This redraw completely fails in actually correcting what was wrong with the original, on top of getting rid of what actually made the original appealing (the flow and gesture of the pose) despite it's incredibly heavy stylization. Pretty big fail on their part.

Bengus has 5 different art styles through the years the sketchy heavy line drawn, the realistic, the cartoony/anime style, the painting art style and the quick draw. Sad quick draw was used here like in Street Fighter Alpha 3 which the art took a massive downgrade
