I think that's supposed to be Mare, not Aura.

Mare (Male) is the one that dresses feminine.

Aura (Female) is the one that dresses masculine.

Also, Aura's ears are more sharply upwards pointed, whereas Mare's are curved and droop, like this picture depicts.

So, "2girls -> 1 boy 1 girl", and "Aura Bella Fiore -> Mare Bello Fiore"
