Hi, I'm just giving a heads up that I literally just encountered a FBI scam ad. It was extremely similar to Ohnoitsatrap's picture in www.findmyanime.com/index...iew&id=3232&pid=0, though with a bit different design.

We need more information. Were you on mobile or desktop? What Gelbooru page did it occur on? If possible, can you grab a link to the actual ad from your browser history?
Since ads are served based on your geographic location, it's difficult for us to find an ad just based on its description. There's a good chance that we won't even receive the same ads you do.

They don't really allow them. What usually happens is that someone purchases a legitimate advertisement that 9/10 times looks perfectly normal, but will occasionally show something completely different instead. When the ad provider checks them, they see the normal ad, so they let it through. There isn't really any way to catch these until after it's already happened to a few people.
Please do NOT try following that link. The "link" itself is actually just JavaScript formatted to be loaded from the URL bar of your browser. If you open the link, you aren't just opening a page with a script on it, you are directly opening the script itself.
