The GG players don't hold back one bit. They're some of the best in the FGC. The game looks damn good though. Advice: pick one character and focus entirely on them. Learn their strengths and weaknesses. Only play other characters to see how they handle against yours. That's one series that has too much depth to be able to handle many movelists without your head exploding.
Me and my nerd friends used to play AC after hours of quarters spent at the arcade on a DDR machine when we finally went to my friend's house. It brings back memories trying to master the force breaks when your brain is fried after sweating and moving for hours. I'd do it all over again if I could, because growing up sucks compared to that.
As much as I love GG:Strive's graphical style, I don't really like fighting games that much these days, so I think I'll pick it up when it gets much cheaper.
It's not that I have never played souls, because I have played it for about 1000 hours altogether, it's that I'm just burnt out on souls and really was hoping for something other than dark souls with a horse.
Thats a lot of suffering. btw, i asked about your PC specs a few comments ago, a PC that can handle RPCS3 fluently is a good PC, so i got some curiosity. I have a decent PC too, but i have not tried using RPCS3 yet, i use more Yuzu.
