The artist probably went from bottom to top and rather than make this pic sexy by just cutting it off where it would naturally and making it a "close up" he crammed her neck and head into the tight area. Giving it a very very fucked up look and so the eyes came out wrong. Everything shoulders down seems fine though, hot even.
