On some copies of Disgaea, Pleinair is actually playable. She can be unlocked in Disgaea 3, Disgaea DS, and she's downloadable content on Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days on PSP. On the latter of these options, you'll likely have to pay for her.

A respectful correction to Anon 4, Pleinair is DLC in Disgaea 3 as well.
I got her on Dark Hero Days, and maxed her Hit by storing levels. She's my strongest character, alright. Also, she was improved in the US version by improving her Usa Rush range, and I think they gave her extra counter as well.

I didn't manage to get her in Dark hero days but in disgaea ds...She was my main! she was usually 15 levels higher than my other characters. her speed stat was godly hardly any attacks from any enemy ever hit her and while they wasted their turns with misses i just usagi drop em. Flipping beautiful.
