While I can at this point understand the mass flag and deletion of andava content for being off-topic. I think this one would technically be for grounds of restoration. It is of sasha_(haguhagu), an original character created by japanese artist Haguhagu, and from what I believe is now a character of a serialized manga in Sasha-chan to Classmate Otaku-kun (Sasha and Her Otaku Classmate). So therefore it is now fanart of a japanese IP.

I'd argue that Elin content looks inherently Japanese, but Tera Online is Korean so there might be an argument there.

However all the other Elin stuff is still up so I don't really get the reason this got singled out.
