Fun premise. But for me it would be hotter if she retained her autonomy but it wasn't safe to remove it until it had completed its breeding cycle (might be several years), and she just has to continue adventuring like this, shyly hiding the fact that she has a parasite attached to her and constantly violating her under her adventuring gear.
