Why the fuck does she have a red dot on a grenade launcher? At most a grenade launcher needs a forward grip, you’re not hitting targets 300m away from you with a 40mm grenade

Penistorture must've learned about firearms from videogames.
Look up Milkor MGL on google images and you may notice half of them have red dot sights. These things don't even come with iron sights, so I don't know what you were expecting. Do you expect the shooter to just eyeball it? Most militaries have beat up red dot sights laying around that would be adequate for a weapon like this. There are also dedicated adjustable sights for arcing grenades, but I've never used one.
And as for the range... fucking seriously? This isn't for magdumping at guys 50 feet away. (Some games do that shit) Doing that in real life would get you a face full of shrapnel. It's almost like a line-of-sight mortar substitute. Effective range is up to 800 meters. (Pin-point accuracy isn't necessary when you're sending six shells of 40mm HE.) But I think the main use-case for this thing is levelling small buildings and sinking shots through windows. A real force multiplier when dealing with an entrenched enemy.
Imagine getting upset and cussing about a pink hedgehog girl's gun on a smut website... and being entirely fucking wrong. Whatever, probably just a kid.

Correction: The Mark 19 is the the one with 800 meter effective range. (It uses a different 40mm shell.) This weapon has an effective range listed at 400 meters, but the dedicated grenade sight only goes out to 375 meters.
