Fair enough, but there's no denying or doubt that once photorealistic AI videos hit the market for consumers, there is still going to be a chaotic flux period of misinformation and panic. For example, deepfake porn that is far more realistic than slapping someone's head on a pornstar's body, or any number of political figures doing any number of bad things. It's going to take a while for people to settle into the mindset of not believing these videos.
There's already some pornographic leaks of some popular female celebrities and it's in the air whether it's AI or not.

Honestly worrying about that is a luxury problem, people already make a bunch of disinfo and fake content with ARMA 3, video editing, references to papers that have none of the info referenced, photoshops.
