Anyway my take on this drama is a complex and messy situation. I can understand that as a content creator of a very popular series, you must hold yourself to a higher standard...... and to avoid being a big creep trying to influence young fans to crossdress........ but to actually call this "abuse" is just fucking cringe.
Alex definitely seems like a creepy groomer, especially with how he invited a group of minors to a crossdressing Discord chat and wanted to see they looked in "genderqueer outfits". The grooming has less to do with them being underage, and has more to do with he wanted to groom them into becoming transgender. For his own deviant sexual kinks.
But also, the "victims" obviously have mental health problems to where it's hard to believe they were actually "abused". They didn't simply break things off, wanted to bottle up all the negative emotions and make the situation more tense, and waited for the precise moment to make a big spectacle in order to cancel him. Apparently the first girl sent lewd selfies (nudes?) to Alex and wanted to start a relationship first. I don't care what anyone says, 16 is definitely old enough to know better. You don't sext at that age without understanding what you open yourself up to.
The thing that pisses me off most is the girl saying that she's a child. This all happened a year ago. Coming to the conclusion that "I was literally a CHILD!" over a year ago is just batshit insane.
