To be specific, most of this is canon. They wouldn't have been using these clothes, and Rudy wouldn't be there but otherwise yeah they were used by bandits

I wonder if there's any character development for them.
Maybe a small build-up writing for them where they overcome their trauma and enjoy sex again.
