If you read the manga it states that ....
*Akua Shuzen - lost her mother at a young age.
*Moka Akashiya - biological mother is Akasha Bloodriver
*Kalua and Kokoa Shuzen - mother is Gyokuro Shuzen
... and that Issa Shuzen is the farther.
