anon3- technically in some places in the US. in places where its allowed for medicinal use, it makes it illegal for cops to randomly request you to produce your prescription note. its not completely decriminalized like in canada, in some places only too, but random requests to produce your prescription becomes unlawful search and seizure even if you are high.
