Feh the non-Japanese rule is a bunch of hypocrisy, they allow so many artists on this site that aren't Japanese and that's only cause they're popular and the mods are too lazy to get rid of them.

Tsuubasa's point still stands, though. And I can't help but think that Apostle/Sparrow was used as a sacrificial lamb to be the ur-example of the rule being enforced, even though there's plenty of other examples that suggest otherwise.

And I mentioned Sigurd because I figured out that a guy who gets that sheer amount of hatred would have his works flagged to hell and back.
