That is some funny rule if you think about how none of the content is owned by gelbooru.
Not the pics.
Not even the engine.

What the fuck, are you saying the gelbooru engine is not owned by gelbooru?

Feh the non-Japanese rule is a bunch of hypocrisy, they allow so many artists on this site that aren't Japanese and that's only cause they're popular and the mods are too lazy to get rid of them.

Apostle and Sparrow, two non-japs who held some of the highest rated images on the website, would currently like to speak to you.

Didn't say they got rid of all the non-Japanese artists, I just wanted to prove that dude wrong.

Because we don't have, you know, other things to do. Thousands of images to go through, lives and jobs offline.
And I have taken down non-Japanese artists that I LOVE, but took them down anyway.

If you find an image that is against our rules, flag it.

Tsuubasa's point still stands, though. And I can't help but think that Apostle/Sparrow was used as a sacrificial lamb to be the ur-example of the rule being enforced, even though there's plenty of other examples that suggest otherwise.

And I mentioned Sigurd because I figured out that a guy who gets that sheer amount of hatred would have his works flagged to hell and back. Specially by those ED whores and those arsewipes from Rule34 who appear hell bent on popping out in every discussion just to accuse him of being a lala-kun/doubleasterisk rip-off.

In that case, there should be a rule that prevents people with lives from being appointed as moderators in the first place, don't you think so?
