About the "under_covers" tag, I presume it's literally for anyone under any big object for any reason.
No. It's specifically for when a person or multiple people are lying under covers.
Checking before posting this would have made that obvious.
Now then - even if I know that we try to use tag combinations of more general tags rather than more specific ones - I think it would be useful to have a separate tag for this situation.
Not going to happen.
My reasons:
- the idea of a person going/being under the blanket of another to do something sexual (usually oral sex) is imho a fairly popular concept in explicit artwork coming from Japan,
Hence the tag combination.
Which you should probably be working on if you want to see it.
- images invoking this concept aren't necessarily explicit, i.e. sometimes there are no actual fellatio depicted (it is only planned by the character or the goal is to tease only), and without the "fellatio" tag, some would be non-explicit images with only the "under_covers" tag, even when the reason for getting under the cover is quite obvious (like because of a naughty face or the fact that one character is clearly lying on/at the other's crotch/legs), but not indicated by a tag
under_covers and naughty face.
Examples would have been nice, it's hard to tell you what will work with no examples.
- you may argue that we don't tag situations because they are not inherently presented in the images, and could only be guessed, still afaik we have something like "imminent_rape" and "you_will_get_raped" or something like that, which are - most of the time - technically just guesses at situations based on the image
Imminent rape is to be used when there's no other outcome but rape, this isn't a guess, it's just taking things to their logical conclusion.
You gonna get raped is a joke tag. It's misused to the point of someone (me) needing to go and fix it, but it doesn't mean what you're implying at all.
- this concept is used more with certain type of characters (pushy, mischievous, or probably tsundere/kuudere ones), and thus, it could be said it is something of a fetish for some people
When has something being a fetish for people ever dictated how we tag things? You don't see a BBW tag, do you?
If a tag combination can find what you're looking for, there's really no need to make up a new term to cover it.
